• To enforce usage limits based on your plan tier

3. Content You Submit

Text and images you submit to our tools are processed in real-time to generate results. We do not store, log, or retain any content you submit for analysis. Your content is discarded immediately after processing.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Cloakd:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store your full card details)
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data (email, plan, usage counters) is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

8. Children's Privacy

Cloakd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
